Why should I buy MAJESTY skis?

MAJESTY builds purpose-driven performance skis that are versatile, stable, and designed to excel in real, changing mountain conditions.

What types of skiing are MAJESTY skis best for?

Predictability, stability, versatility, and fun are the core design principles behind MAJESTY skis. They are best for freeride, all-mountain, freestyle, and touring skiing in variable conditions. The range allows skiers to choose the right tool for their style and terrain, delivering confidence and enjoyment in the mountains.

What is the difference between men’s and women’s skis?

Shape and construction are the same. Women’s models typically use a slightly thinner wood core for a softer flex and feature different topsheet graphics. We recommend choosing based on skier size, weight, and preference, not gender.

Is the product I'm looking for in stock and available?

Product availability is clearly shown on each product page. In-stock items are available to ship, while some products may be offered as pre-orders with a clearly stated ship timeframe.

When will I receive my order?

Most in-stock products ship within 2 to 3 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. Specialty pre-order products may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Weather conditions and carrier delays can affect transit times, especially in winter. Once a package is picked up by the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

Is express shipping available?

Express shipping is not currently available. Skis are typically shipped via USPS Ground or UPS Ground, while smaller packages ship by USPS Ground, Priority or First Class Mail, depending on delivery location.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. Canadian orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and tariffs, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check MAJESTY Ships to Canada blog article for more information.

What are your return policies?

Please keep the original box. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Unopened, unused products may be returned for a refund or exchange. Used demo skis sold “as is” are not eligible for return. Refunds apply to the original purchase price minus the cost of shipping to and from the customer. A return shipping label is provided. What is covered by your 2 year warranty?

MAJESTY's 2 year factory warranty guarantees that skis are manufactured to highest quality standards but defects may still occur. Check our Warranty Policy page for details.

What are your binding mounting and edge tuning specs?

Each MAJESTY ski model has a specific recommended mount point, which is the only mount point marked on the ski. Check the Binding Mounting and Edge Bevel page for details.

Can I purchase products shown on the European website in the U.S. or Canada?

Some MAJESTY products are available only in Europe and are not distributed in North America. If an item is not listed on our North American website, it is not available for purchase in the U.S. and Canada.
