SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Wrong size? Not what you expected? No worries, keep your original box and use it to return your product back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of order delivery.

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Make sure your delivery address that you provide is 100% correct. We take no responsibility for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
  • All orders ship from Redmond WA, by UPS Ground within the U.S. and UPS Standard to Canada. Some smaller shipments such as small accessories, soft goods or eyewear may be sent by USPS/Canada Post. Please do not use P.O. Box for your delivery address. Ski cartons might not be delivered to a Post Office Box.
  • For our Canadian customers - you are importing from the U.S. and need to cover local tax and customs clearance. If you have not ordered from the U.S. before, please check this blog post for more information: Majesty Ships To Canada.
  • Provide your full street address including all needed descriptors and abbreviations such as St., Rd., Ave., Cir., Ct., etc.. and the suite or apt # when needed.
  • Once the shipping carrier takes possession of the packages, it is the customers' responsibility to ensure packages are received safely.
  • Do not leave your package unattended on your doorstep to avoid theft or damage.
  • Customers receive shipping confirmation with tracking numbers once the shipping label has been created. Track your package and make arrangements to receive it safely. Majesty takes no responsibility for packages that have been stolen from your delivery address.
  • Majesty covers shipping cost in the contiguous United States for orders over $200, and to most Canadian destinations for orders over $500.
  • Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, remote Canadian territories and other remote addresses, pay a portion of the shipping cost with all orders.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • All new products have a 30-day money-back and return guarantee from the original delivery date of your order.
  • Non-returnable items: used demo skis and closeouts as well as products marked as Final Sale.
  • All returned items must be in their original new/unused condition with all original packaging, factory stickers, all tags and labels, as received.
  • You must include all parts, accessories and user manuals that came in the same package. Keep the stickers if you'd like.
  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Customer may be responsible for the shipping cost to return the products back to us - please contact us for details.
  • All items must be properly packed to make sure there is no damage during shipping and we recommend using a trackable shipping method such as UPS or FedEx. You are responsible for the condition of the product until it arrives. 
  • Upon the receipt of the return, the products will be inspected and if accepted for re-stocking, a refund will be issued for the original purchase price of the returned items, less shipping & handling cost, unless otherwise noted.
  • Credit for the returned items will be applied to the original payment method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be processed within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by a Majesty rep. It may take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card statement.
  • If the return is requested due to an incorrect order shipped to you by our staff, we will receive a return shipping label and a replacement product or refund will be issued once the original products has been received.

RETURN PROCESS:

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from delivery:

To initiate the return or exchange, please use the contact us email form or the contact information provided on your order confirmation. A Majesty rep will get back to you with instructions. We will not accept returns after 30 days of original order receipt.

In your email please include your order number and reason for requesting a return. 

Shipping skis back:

Use the original box if still in good condition. Skis must be in unused condition and in original plastic sleeve/wrap with factory stickers, tags and labels. When original box cannot be re-used, skis must be shipped in a squared carton with ample padding and packing materials to protect the skis from damage in shipping. In rare cases, factory new skis may be delivered 

Sending bindings back:

When returning bindings, please make sure they are in an unused condition and in their original branded packaging. All user guides, installation guides, parts, warning label stickers, all original mounting screws must be included in original sealed packaging - no exceptions.

Shipping & handling cost of returns:

Once your return or exchange has been inspected and accepted, we will refund the original purchase price of the product(s), less the original order's shipping and handling cost. Orders above certain value might have qualified for free shipping when the original order was shipped, which means that Majesty absorbed the original shipping cost. In this case we will verify your original order and deduct the original shipping & handling cost from your refund amount. As a general guideline, shipping cost of a 72x6x6 ski carton can range between $35-$65 for deliveries within the continental U.S. We will contact you with all details before approving and processing your return. Customer may be responsible for the shipping cost to return the products to us.

 

What happens if i don’t follow the returns policy?

If you return product(s)

1) that are not new, unused or undamaged,

2) that are not in original packaging and as such may not be resold as new,

3) with parts & accessories that are missing, or with missing tags and user manuals,

4) or have failed to exercise reasonable care to pack the returned product(s), we reserve the right either to reject your return and decline to refund/exchange or reduce refund amount due to you because of the diminished value of the product(s), subject to applicable law.

If we receive a return from you that is not acceptable, we will contact you using the e-mail address or phone# you provided to inform you that:

  1. We can ship the item back to you at your cost, or
  2. We can donate the item to a local skier in need.

If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we will assume you prefer option 2.

  

RETAILER RETURNS

If your Majesty product was purchased from a local retailer or 3rd party online retailer, you must bring your product back to the retailer or contact the online retailer's returns or support team. Please do not contact Majesty regarding returning a product that you purchased from an independent retailer. We are only able to accept returns for products that were purchased directly from majestyskisamerica.com and were fulfilled and shipped directly by Majesty's staff members.
